What Makes Mantra Different

Cost Efficient

With our remote platform you’re investing less than $500 per week to ensure the needs of your “sales health” are met.  And this is WITHOUT the costs of having to pay for employee benefits, insurance, training, expenses etc.  With onsite Sales salaries ranging from $65K – $150K, depending on market and destination locations, you’re saving well over half of that amount! We offer various types of service at different price points so that you can select what accommodates your budget and needs.  We’ve done the research… our pricing is competitive based on the quality of work and because of this, our fees are set. 

Bandwidth & Number Of Hotels

Our Regionals support 5 or less hotels… let’s repeat that… 5 or less hotels!  And it is because of this, our efforts are more efficient, thorough and our sales professionals are more available when it comes to their work.  More importantly our platform is designed to be primarily proactive (not reactive) in our sales approach. Why should this number be important to you as an Owner or GM when considering a remote sales company?  Simply put, most remote sales companies load their salespeople with 8-12 hotels.  8-12 hotels to cover in a 5-day work week?  Let’s do the math!  That’s potentially 12 separate weekly hotel sales connection calls, 12 separate weekly revenue calls, potentially 120 outgoing prospecting calls per week to make, not to mention all the incoming leads from the brand and direct phone calls they need to respond to… these platforms are set up to be reactive.  It’s not efficient nor realistic… and this type of platform leads to … TURNOVER or worse yet, missed opportunities, phone calls not being returned by clients etc.  How does all this turnover affect you?  Easily explained, you work with your assigned salesperson and six months later, you’re having to start over with… a new salesperson.  Which also means your customers are also having to start over, experiencing a new point of contact as well.

Our Regional Directors of Sales come with extensive backgrounds in various hotel brands, and we require that our team members possess a minimum of 5 years hotel sales leadership experience in order to do what we do.  Our service is nothing without the talent of our Team. So, although you may get assigned (1) RDOS to support your hotel… you’re getting the support of our entire team and all their backgrounds and expertise combined.  Internally, as a company… we thrive on company culture, collaboration and generating results! We are constantly studying travel trends, understanding brand strategies and always ensuring we are learning. It starts from the top! As President, I believe we all sell for our Owners;  I’m very connected with my team and take a servant leadership style approach. I’m constantly keeping a bird’s eye view on efficiency, effectiveness, and the results we’re generating collectively.

Partnership

Our goal is to be the easiest to collaborate and to do business with! We require only a 6-month minimum participation, after which if you decide you want to end service, we just ask for a 30-day written notice! Everything we’ve ever done for your hotel with contracts, business development efforts is all yours and gets turned over to you and if after service you need anything else? Just let us know. Every hotel is different and there are so many things to consider when we take on hotels. Some are thriving and need help managing while others haven’t had sales efforts in place for a number of years.  We feel 6 month’s is a very fair amount of time to generate good solid results.
